The room we got did not have a beach front view as requested. Although, our room was ready earlier than expected. Felt like the tower we stayed in is for 3rd party guests.

Jason at the front desk provided exceptional service and we had the option to check-in earlier and checkout later. Bottled water was offered free of charge at the front desk daily.
