“Hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. 300€ für das Zimmer, indem ich schmutzige Kaffetassen und einen total verkalkten Wasserkocher vorfinde. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemühte sich. Das Hotel hat für mich wenig Charme, auch die Umgebung nicht. Parken vor der Türe möglich, wenn man einen freien Platz findet. Frühstück im Bereich der Dachterrasse, kontinental plus extra Bestellung möglich. Service freundlich. Dinner in der Bar Service sehr……

“The hotel was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and very clean. The highlights were the spa and the breakfast. The salmon was the best I have ever tasted.”

“Loved this hotel. Great location, places to sit outside for a drink, 3 restaurants (though same menu) they all had a different atmosphere. Breakfast was fine. Liked the bar. One thing the WiFi did not work well in the rooms as you got farther back, so if you need Internet you need to make sure you are ina room that it works well. But it did work well sitting outside or at the restraints. There is free onsite parking”

“Best thing about this place is the bed and reception staff. Bed was incredibly huge and comfortable. Reception staff were great, helpful and understanding. Sadly that's it. The pool area, changing rooms and surrounding areas very unhighenic. Lots was also out of order, the steam room and jacuzzi for example. Broken hairdryers and lockers in the changing rooms. Drinks and dinner was expensive but service was pretty bad. I struggled to get served at the bar while the staff were busy arguing with……

“Lovely property but getting to rooms difficult and very small elevator. Asked for help with luggage and all he did was bring up trolley. We are 4 seniors. Dinner in hotel lovely but need more experienced help. She was only about 16 and couldn’t answer any questions nor figure out how to do two bills. A hotel of this quality needs better staff”

“Really nice hotel”

“The property was stunningly attractive. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. To get to town was a twenty minute walk where all the eateries and shops and bars were. I ended up getting a taxi back on three occasions as it was mostly uphill on the return. Then again I am over seventy years old.”

“Very bare bones hotel, no tea/coffee, water glasses, tv, etc. Fine if you are in and out for one night, but simply just a room with a bed.”

“WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow. ”

“Hi, Cong is a lovely village to visit. All the staff I met at Ryan’s hotel were helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking behind the hotel. I really liked how in my room they had managed to keep some of the original stonework in the bathroom and bedroom. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep.”
