“It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud. They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean……

“A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low. But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in……

“I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.”

“We enjoyed our stay at IFSC apartments. We felt very safe in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The dryer part on the washer/dryer combo didn’t completely dry our clothes but luckily there was a drying rack in the apartment to use. We did appreciate the washer in the room to do laundry during our stay. We liked that the property was very close to the tram stop and to a tesco. “In a very sketchy area. Does NOT look like the photos given. Our shower did not work and our toilet ran out of water. Our online check in did not work when we got there and we had to wait 15 minutes in the rain for it to reload and work. The only relatively good thing was that it was clean.”

“Nice apartment with most everything you might need to have a great stay. A little bit worn , the lights in the hall and lift didn't work so walk up stairs to first floor, not a big deal for us. Bathrooms clean well stocked with power hot showers . We had a small family gathering with 6 2 grandkids and it was ideal with plenty of room and facilities to easily accommodate us all. “Positives: Good location close to all the must do’s in Dublin, overall clean and comfortable for 2 people. Do not recommend more than that, even kids. Negatives: Ultimately host did have someone meet us with the key however initially was asking for us to meet somewhere else/15 mins away to get keys much earlier in the day. I specifically asked if there was parking available and was told yes, however was not told it would cost me 140 for the two nights!! There was a (what appeared to be) dirty……
