L'appartement est bien situé, sécurisé et très bien desservi par les bus et tram. Accueil efficace, arrangeant et sympathique. Très propre et bien équipé, en revanche il nécessiterait un peu d'entretien: robinetterie de la baignoire fonctionne mal, certaines portes ne ferment pas car poignées cassées, des détails mais dommage de laisser le lieux se dégrader

The room they assign to us was very comfortable for 4 people. The 1 bathroom is on the hallway, and the kitchen/dinning room/sofa bedroom has a door, so everybody gets privacy. The area is not turistic so may look not safe but it is literally 2 blocks from everywhere we wanted to go, except the Guinness tour which we walk to in 22 minutes. The check in and check out process was very easy and the personnel was very responsive. I would come back here.

Overall, the accommodations were adequate. There were just a few issues: 1. The dishwasher leaked on the first day of use -- we were required to wash the dishes by hand for the remainder of the trip. 2. Cleaning services were only offered once during our 8 day/7 night stay, and we weren't told what day it would occur. We were not prepared to vacate and therefore our apartment was not cleaned during our stay. 3. The hot water supply did not seem adequate for our family -- we were constantly running out every day, meaning there was an elongated wait to use the shower.

La ubicación es ideal para moverse. El parking contratado con ellos son 15 euros y merece muchísimo la pena porque aparcar en pleno centro es difícil y caro. El apartamento es muy amplio, estuvimos en Greeg Court y tiene una terracita. La única pega son los colchones, de muelles y alguno muy muy viejo. Por lo demás todo muy bien, personal muy amable. La Recepción está a pie de calle a 3 min del apto.

L appartamento si trova al terzo piano di una palazzina in zona Parnell Street molto vicona alla via OConnell Street che conduce verso il centro storico. Appartamento con 2 camere letto comode, cucina dotata del necessario con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, pulizia buona. Il check in viene fatto presso un agenzia, accesso comodo. L appartamento è in una zona ricca di ristoranti e supermarket per poter fare la spesa qualora si voglia mangiare nell appartamento. L appartamento all interno è grande, confortevole, bagno grande pulito ,vasca-doccia un po vecchia ma funzionale.

The property is only a couple blocks from the spire/needle and lots of shopping and restaurants. There are a few nagging maintenance issues that need to be addressed, i.e., diverter valves, door handles, window hardware, TV service (no audio for the main platform), etc. More importantly, the property is a half block from a street maintenance lot. Consequently, it is very noisy late night into early morning when these services are in full force. Ergo, leaving windows open leads to constant noise and closing them only slightly mitigates the noise from the near constant activity.

Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable.

The apartment we got allocated required us to go through 4 doors to get into our apartment, whilst there was a sense of security with this it was a big inconvenience with the quality of the locks. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and there was no airflow whatsoever and it didn’t feel safe enough to sleep with the lounge room door open being on the ground floor. The bathroom doors were difficult to open and the bathroom in general was poorly cleaned, mould and water build up. The apartment was noisy, floor boards were squeaky and echoing. I would not stay here again due to these reasons. The location was ideal to the Temple Bar district Shopping Malls and river area.

I booked Parnell Corner Apartments in July during high season. While centrally located north of the Liffey, the area is run-down, dirty, and unsafe. We witnessed three fights in one hour and multiple drug deals at Parnell/Moore St, forcing us to avoid walking at night. The apartment was a nightmare. Facing south during a heatwave with 15+ hours of sun, it had zero A/C or fans. Opening windows for air let in deafening noise from the tram (every 10-15 mins) and street shouting; earplugs and white noise apps couldn't block it. The main bed was saggy, lumpy, and lacked support, pillows were paper-thin, and there was no top sheet—only a heavy winter comforter. The "blackout" curtains failed at 5 AM. Floors were filthy with foot-pinching cracks. The bathroom had water damage, mold, and a poor layout that flooded the floor. The water heater rarely worked, forcing us into cold showers. It was advertised with a "washer and dryer," but there is no dryer, only a rack. Logistics are terrible: four locks to enter, and check-out rules require leaving keys inside, which kills elevator access so you must haul bags down stairs. Worst of all was a severe privacy breach. Staff entered while we were out and replaced our dining table without notice. Management took 15 hours to reply, blaming a system error. This violated their own terms for non-emergency access. With no in-room safe, we felt unsafe leaving belongings. It negatively affected our family trip; do not book here.
