During your stay, be sure to get outside and utilize the community's private boat launch and beach to swim, boat, and sunbathe. When you aren't playing on the sandy shoreline, visit one of the area's parks, Admiralty Head Lighthouse, and the numerous charming towns lining the island - full of local galleries, wineries, restaurants, and boutiques.

Back from a day full of adventure, step inside your home away from home where you'll be greeted by an open and airy living space. The living room features a gas fireplace, soft seating, and a large TV - the perfect spot for movie viewing and late-night conversations. The adjacent kitchen comes well-prepared to host your culinary creations with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage space. The dining area is conveniently situated nearby, offering a cozy spot to savor your culinary creations or gather for memorable meals with friends and family.

In the home's bedroom, enjoy the gentle stream of light spilling in through the windows. The comfortable bedding will ensure you wake up refreshed and rejuvenated every day. A private washer/dryer rounds out the interior amenities.

Outside, enjoy dazzling sunsets while barbecuing on the gas grill and gathering around the firepit with those you love the most.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please pay attention to all posted signs and placards at the boat launch and community beach.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
