I have been visiting Courchevel 1850 for many years and stayed in many hotels in 1850, Alpes Hotel Pralong stands out in many aspects compared to all the others. 1. They have maintained the authenticity of a true French alps resort. 2. Unlike other hotels in 1850, the staff seem happier and friendlier. 3. The best ski room and ski valets in town. 4. The view of Altiport, Pralong and Saulire is breathtaking, day...

"Clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were excellent and did all they could. A great hotel in a brilliant location"

"The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. "

"Absolutatemente lamentable. Las sillas rotas, la fregona del siglo pasado, la luz del baño fundida, el suelo pegajoso, ceniceros sin limpiar... y lo peor... NO HABIA SABANAS NI TOALLAS, ni responden a los email o las llamadas!!!!"

"Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "

"Hotel muito bonito, bem temático. Quarto lindo, espaçoso, com banheira e varanda. Equipe extremamente educada. Café da manhã é 10/10, um dos melhores que já provamos na França. Tem espaço para guardar o equipamento de esqui, tipo um vestiário. O ponto negativo é a localização, um pouco afastado da região das lojas e restaurantes, não dá pra fazer tudo à pé."

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"
