「We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. 「The stay was marvelous. I have been to Cannes several times and this is my favorite area to stay as it is very near the beach, wonderful restaurants and cafes but away from the busier areas. The villa accommodations were exactly what I was looking for in a more historic building with an authentic experience. The flat was very spacious with a great deal of historic character maintained. If this is the experience you are looking for this is an excellent choice with all the comforts of a home. If...

「Really looks nicer online than the reality of in-person. It smells like mold and has 20 lamps to light it. If I were much younger and roughing it, it'd be suitable. But it definitely lacks comfort. Location is great, though.」

「Studio très bien situé avec toutes les commodités. Un grand plus, le parking couvert pour garer le véhicule. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100% 」
