Tucked away in the lush woodlands near Courry, this charming holiday home offers sweeping views of green hills and the village below. Set on spacious private grounds accessed via a sloped driveway, it's an ideal retreat for families or friends seeking peace and nature. The large balcony and terrace invite you to soak up the sun, while the private swimming pool—heated on request—adds a touch of luxury to your stay.

Located just 1.5 km from Courry and close to towns like Alès, Aubenas, and medieval Saint-Ambroix, the home is perfectly positioned for exploring the Cévennes and Ardèche regions. Discover scenic drives along the Corniche des Cévennes or enjoy canoeing, hiking, and swimming in the Gorges-de-l’Ardèche. Don’t miss the magical underground tour of La Cocalière cave, complete with crystal formations and a train ride back to the surface.

The property features a sloping garden, barbecue, and ample outdoor space for relaxing summer evenings. Electricity usage includes 150 kWh per week, with additional consumption charged at €0.25/kWh. Please note: charging electric or hybrid vehicles is not permitted due to limited capacity. This award-winning home promises a memorable escape in southern France.
