"We felt very lucky to have been able to secure the one bedroom suite as we have our little dog Akira with us. They are especially kind to dogs as Akira received a welcome bag and gift with a towel, treat and some notes about where she can go in the Comox Valley area. The suite was spacious, and had a full kitchen and dining table which was great since it was difficult for us to go out to eat in a restaurant. We have been living in a condo in Victoria for about a month which does not have a balcony and so when I discovered there was a BBQ onsite, my husband took the opportunity to use it for a steak dinner in our hotel room. The pet friendly suite also gave us direct access to the garden from our patio which was great, especially for our morning coffee. Our room was right by the front, which also meant we had quick access to the coffee and snack bar by the lobby. The access to the Courteney Riverwalk was fantastic. Very easy access to downtown. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are travelling with a spoiled little dog."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the suite. It's not often that the reality is even better than the photographs, but we were so impressed by the layout, the comfort and the thoughtfulness of the rental. We had everything we needed for our stay, plus many extra touches that made it even better. The central location was perfect - an easy drive to the coast, to Cumberland and into Courtney. It was nice to meet our hosts, and we felt very welcome. The little outdoor storage unit was a great touch to keep the bike secure. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again!"
