「Our fireplace didn’t work and we reported it. It was fixed quickly the next day. The fireplace had not been turned on yet. The baseboard heater in the bedroom and the bathroom do not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is falling out of the ceiling so doesn’t work very well. The unit really needs an upgrade. Cupboards and bathroom are really dated. The location is perfect but for the price, we would not book this unit again.」

Except the last day, the cleaning was outside the apartment for a whole, over an hour waiting for us to leave. She was on the phone and was saying “ these people are taking forever I want to clean and meet you up” aside from that , it was good.」
