Courtonne-la-Meurdrac Hotel with Pool

"Well what can I say our stay was simply lovely. The photos do not capture the magical element of Les Patis. The properties charm was delightful. Tony and Pat are both great hosts and could not do enough for our family to make sure our stay was special. Tony even set up a DVD and TV in the communal room by the pool, for all the children staying in the Gites. Our children loved making friend's and now have pen pals in Hamburg, Dublin, and Wigan. "Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...
