The space
Enter an open concept spacious living-dining house, where you will find a cozy sofa and smart tv with fast Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, Keurig coffee maker with coffee and sugar, cooking basics, spices, dishware & flatware, blender and more.
And of course aa comfortable dining set.
Continue to the bedrooms, 1st bedroom is a en-suite master bedroom and bathroom occupied with a gorgeous queen size bed with high quality and luxurious cotton sheets.
In the bath you'll find hotel grade set of towels with shampoo set, razor and everything you need for a perfect experience. with deep tub so you can relax with a glass of wine and a good book. You'll enjoy the double sink vanity where you can both get ready in the morning.

While this is close to the square, it is far from being the Hollywood of the South in the terms of what they want you to think.This house a lot of cosmetic issues. Leaking roof, broken floor tiles, and broken light switch covers. The beds were quite uncomfortable, and we did try the Goldilocks method. We checked in on Wednesday and that was THE last we heard from the host. No check out process, no instructions, no response to the roof leaking into the living room/kitchen. No response when we told her we were checking out earlier than we paid for.I never leave bad reviews because I don’t like to diss. But unless you are desperate to stay in the Cov, don’t stay here.

Hot and sketchy.

The temps were supposed to be very hot. So when we got there and it was over 90 in the house we were a little frustrated. But the temp didn’t get much better over the weekend. Set it to 70 and left for dinner and sight seeing. It was still over 80 when we got back at 8;30 I sent a message to the Lister and she never responded.Thank goodness there were some rain that night because it cooled off to about 75. But the next day it got up to over 80 again and she never responded to a second message about it. I never got an email for check-in or check out links either. On the way to the unit, I sent her a message asking about how to get in and Wi-Fi information. To which she responded pretty quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t exactly the best. Directly across the street was a boarded up house and every other house on the block had no trespassing signs and some had cages across all windows and doors. Most everything worked in the house, but several lights were not functioning. And the master bathroom door would not close or open it was jammed. The batteries in the remotes weren’t all working either. On the bright side, it was very close to the square so that made things very convenient.

This house was adorable. Short walk to the town square. The host was awesome, very responsive and there was coffee, snacks and water. We had a very nice stay.

It was an all around great time. The property is within walking distance of the square and all the many shops. Our host was very kind and always communicated and answered in a timely manner. I recommend if you are looking for a great location and clean property, this is a great choice. We look forward to visiting again:)

Great stay in Covington

Our stay was absolutely amazing and made for the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and myself. Renee was a top notch host and helped us out with a hassle free trip. The home included all the amenities we needed and was perfectly clean and pristine when we arrived. The location was very close to the square and other restaurants:stores in the area. She made our check in a breeze and was always responded quickly to messages. She even took the time to call us to make sure we had made it safely and able to get into the home. Would recommend her to anyone and we will definitely be staying with her again in the future.

Horrible experience

This was a birthday trip that we got told by the host on the way to by phone call that was canceled and she didn’t know what to do. She said she would give us our money back and pay for our hotel and pay for another place. That was a lie. She then called and said she had one for us but in order to stay there we would have to pay more money then we had already put into this already expensive trip. When we confronted her about it she started yelling at us and was horrible and saying the new one was better than the one we picked out which we brought up the hot tub which she informed us the other house didn’t have. We informed her maybe she should take that off her listing then. We also drove by the other house and there was a car outside of it. I would not recommend staying somewhere with her as a host at all. She isn’t a very nice one or has good customer service for being a host to 30 something properties. When I asked for a refund she then told me basically that wast an option and how dare I even ask because she should have let us sleep on the street. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOST because we learned the hard way.
