Nothing fancy. Area is okay. Staff was nice. Breakfast was minimum and they are strict on time. Parking was easy. Bedding was bare minimum. Clean. Doors seemed damaged and needed work

We stay here consistently. We are currently renovating out home and are staying here in the interim. We wouldn’t choose another place. It’s super safe, quiet, and convenient to Walmart, Waffle House, and the conveniences of 278. Nice kept secret. The staff are amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable!

Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Water was hot. Very convenient to walk across parking lot to the Waffle House which is right next door. Parking is a little tight. Very conveniently positioned just off the Interstate exit. Lots of other food options nearby.

We checked in Saturday night and checked out Sunday morning. We were at another hotel in another part of the city and our vehicle window busted out. But here at this Quality Inn location, everything from the customer service at the front desk from the young lady to the room was immaculate! It seemed like they updated the rooms, and it paid off. The room was spacious also. It has a fridge and microwave. It was convenient to the highway, shopping and dining. It wasn’t far from the town square also. Which has more shops and restaurants and a park to enjoy! Perfect hidden gem in Covington. Love this town. We felt so incredibly safe there. We will be back very soon actually. See you all later next week! Thanks for the amazing experience.

My first introduction was not friendly, speaking thru a tiny hole in the window. No welcomed smile or all the information about the facility. My room was dark, not all the lights worked, floor dirty, drawers were not clean and the internet was down for most of my stay. I will never stay at another Quality Inn because of this facility. Having said this, the lady at the front desk (day time hours) was friendly and informative.

The room was very clean. I did not feel uncomfortable in the sheets, which is really saying something when compared to other places that I’ve been. Everything was easy to lock and I felt safe. The people who worked there were helpful.

The room was dirty & there were roaches. The sheets did not get changed every day. They just made the beds. Urine stains on the bathroom walls. The only good thing about the room was a decent bed and the A/C was great.
