“A wonderful way to experience the rain forest in a raw and real manner. Wonderful for switching off and returning to nature. Don't expect all the bells and whistles, expect friendly travellers and staff, loud birds and heaps of rain.”
“Greg, the proprietor, is a great guy, welcomed us personally, showed us into our room, set us up with excellent Starlink WiFi first thing and prepared a beautiful, big breakfast for us the next morning with sweet papaya, melon, excellent coffee, and poached eggs on ham, cheese and avocado toast. The room was comfortable and clean, with TV, and a fridge. The property is beautiful, nestled in the rainforest with countless birds and green mountains behind. Some taking up two spaces leaving others no where to park. The rooms are poorly maintained. The windows do not shut, giving you - permanent outside air and noise. The doors are falling apart. The only good thing are the screens that are……

“It was in a good spot for easy access to the shops and also to the beach, though it took a bit of walking. It was very comfortable and had a washing machine and dryer just outside our door, which was handy. Small things were that one of the chair seats was a bit loose and the blind at the window became stuck. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.”
