Great stay

Great property heaps of extras, big and lots of activities. Only issue was they ran out of gas, however situation was fixed pretty easily abd quickly.

Women’s footy trip

Plenty of room for all 14 of us. Fantastic layout, spacious kitchen and comfortable rooms. A light over the spa would be a great idea and a few extra power points would also be great, otherwise this property is perfect for a large group getaway! Thank you so much 😀

Spring holidays with friends

We enjoyed our 2 night stay, great location and very big house. A few house keeping things weren't cleaned properly on arrival. But we called management and they quickly rectified these. Great for large group.

Big house in need of much maintenance

Great facilities for the whole family BUT Doors don't shut in the toilet and bathroom. Uncut lawns, poor visual appeal due to garden maintenance. Cigarette butts around the pool area. Had to keep kids away from the pond in case they caught something. Old furniture and poor condition of furniture both inside and out. This place needs so money spent on it to justify the price being charging. Could be very nice with just some regular attention to the property. Place looked stunning on the website.

Great Stay for large group

Our group enjoyed the stay though winter and at the Whale Festival most the stay it provided everything we need. Just need to sleep with doors open in winter as there’s only one split system heater, that we knew if anyway.

House area ideal for family weekend. 13 of us stayed and house was great for us all. Kids loved the spa. Cleanliness could have been better. Needed a good spring clean.

Rippa house!

We all had the best time at this property. So much fun with the outdoor spa and adjacent pool. Great outdoor lounge area to enjoy. Kids playground would be super cool if we had our children, they would have loved it. We taxied into town but you could walk it. Nice quite neighbourhood. Kitchen is stocked with all you need for a comfy stay and more. Pool table was a great addition for some fun! Highly recommend!

Excellent for families.

We had a fabulous time with our children and grandchildren all together. The house made it easy for each couple to have a room ànd the kids loved all being able to sleep in the same room. The spa was a hit also. We will definitely consider coming back.

Family stay

This property is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and well managed. Everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable has been catered for. Even some daily provisions are supplied. The management team are most cooperative and very helpful. Our family had a fabulous weekend here. Will thoroughly recommend for large groups.

Great house with everything you needed in super close location to everything!

Very easy process. House had everything including the pesky staples you forget. Spa was on and warm. Fantastic house with pool, spa, pool table, table tennis, board games and outdoor entertaining area. Very close to everything on a nice quiet street.

Perfect holiday house

We had a great weekend away with the kids and plenty of was to entertain in the backyard but the location is also in prime location being a 4 minute drive to Cowes. Would highly recommend

our group was 11 , 7 adults and 4 children .there was plenty of beds for all of us , plenty of space

The house was very welcoming , warm , very clean, lots of space for everyone ! The only thing missing was wood for the fire and outdoors firepit.

Great place for large families

Great property to accommodate large families. Kid friendly with lots to entertain everyone. Kitchen could be better equipped with pans and bowls suitable for cooking and micrwave. Otherwise great weekend away. Would definitely stay there again.
