“Unfortunately the communication with check in was very poor. We did not received details on how to check in until 2 hours after the start of check in. After messaging the host with no reply, we needed to contact the online provider to contact the host, even they could not contact the host. Eventually the host made contact with no apologies. ”

“This property is a BnB run by private renters. Studio room In need of some TLC and maintenance. Bathroom/laundry - no exhaust fan, sink plug does not work, shower base floods, lighting dim with some bulbs not working, door does not lock. Kitchen- sink plug does not seal therefore unable to wash up, need to use dishwasher however no dishwasher tablets initially provided - had to text owner to get some. Bed - only 3 pillows which were all flat ones. No access to room service. Location was good……
