鳳凰城郊狼湖酒店住宿推介

「Great stay for the weekend」

「The hotel was great! Staff great too. The pool looked like it needed to be cleaned. Water clear but bottom and sides looked somewhat dirty.」

「好像睡在马路边 洗手池味道很臭 报警器好像没电池了 响了一夜」

「Our room knowingly had an odor issue but we were still given that room. They mentioned they had a guy melt wax and they can’t get the smell out. Also that same room had blood on the curtains. They couldn’t move us because they were full but offered us a minimal amount off, we were there for 4 nights. Really, thanks for nothing. You shouldn’t put people in a room that knowingly smells like that.」

「My only issue was I asked 2 times to have the room made up 1 time was my mistake by asking the wrong person. The second time I asked the desk and it was put on the request list and it didn't get cleaned up.」

「Habitación poco sucia pero nada agrave excelente hotel y muy buena ubicación」

「great」

「Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.」
