We stayed two nights and were in town for Seattle Mariners spring training. Hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Peoria sports complex where the Spring training is held, location is very convenient. Room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood to walk to. Breakfast your standard hotel breakfast, nothing special, but good. Only negative was the hotel was starting to show its age in certain areas. The carpets were starting to get a little worn, and you could see in the drywall where patches has been made to repair plumbing, and the shower faucet has a leak. Nothing major though, would totally stay again, and would recommend anybody to stay.

Keys only worked once and then "demagnetised", meaning a new key every time you came back. This was not just me. It happens all the time.Place needs a total remodel. Lication for Mariners Spring Training couldn't be better. But place was probably built 30years ago and no upgrades.

Check-in staff was not friendly! Entire hotel needs maintenance. Room, elevator, gym, etc. needs paint and deep cleaning. First floor ice machine didn't work and had a sign for guests to travel to second floor for ice. Gym’s main stationary bike did not work. Elevator interior was in need of floor repair and wall/door paint. Our room TV allegedly had Dish TV. We only had about 6 channels available. Front desk rep. apologized and told me to reboot system on back of tv. That did nothing. Nobody available to fix and zero followup. Heater worked first night. Blew cool air only after that. Location was the only positive. Not even close to good for the price paid.

Booked through Expedia. needed to leave a day early for an unexpected family emergency. Was not aware of the 24 hr cancellation policy as I had prepaid for a 3 nights but had to leave after the 2nd night. No refund per La Quinta Inn. Staff was heard arguing with guest at the front desk, Guests were complaining at the front desk. Suite bathroom should be cleaner and felt grimy. The toilets are made of a cheap quality and close to the bathroom floor. During breakfast you could hear the front desk speak very loudly that the food was not to be taken to the room. It was embarrasing for the guest that was yelled at. Will nt stay here again. EXPEDIA should refund my paid 3rd night.

The room wasn’t really vacuumed when we got there. White particles of cloth or small bits of fabric around the room.. we did notice it. The hotel is showing some age. Hotel staff was pleasant and the breakfast server was fantastic. Very welcoming and warm. No problems with staff.

The refrigerator had not been cleaned out from the last guest and contained bags of rotten food which smelled the room up. Holes in the wall from where recliner hits it when you sit in it. The AC unit does not work at all. Only one person on duty when we checked in. When I asked if we could get the room cleaned up was told the cleaning staff had already left for the day! (It was 4pm). Was given a trash bag and told to clean it myself. Unbelievable. Please help. another room was told
