The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. It is away from the busy streets and is no more than a 15-minute drive from everything. We would revisit Eugene and this property. "

"Honestly, this was one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in! Amenities were perfect- the owner really thought of everything a guest might need to feel at home. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable, surroundings were quiet, and check in/out was very easy. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Our stay at the guesthouse was nothing but a positive experience. We had everything we needed and wanted at the house, including practical and comfort items. Erin was friendly and communicated with us prior to arrival. She provided all of the information we needed. The views from house were breathtaking and we very much enjoyed walking around the corner to the wine tasting room. The Sarver wine was wonderful and a fun treat. The location of the house worked well for our trip. It is about 20 minutes from Eugene and 1 hour from the coast. I would vacation here again. Don't hesitate to book the stay! "

"Location is perfect. Just off W18th, easy to find. Quiet neighborhood with a small forest nearby for walking. The set up of the suite is great, with separate rooms for sleeping and for watching TV. Well-appointed kitchen, bathroom, and clean towels mid-week were all highlights. Coffee travel mugs and bottled water were a nice touch as well. "
