「We arrived and the property was exactly like the pictures. We had one issue with an empty gas tank and did not have hot water for our first morning but the response to resolve the issues was exceptional. My family enjoyed the property.」

「This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did...

「House was nice and spacious. Great location. Giorgia, the property manager was absolutely wonderful. She answered all our questions, made shuttle arrangements, was very attentive, responded very quickly. So pleasant to work with. Matteo gave us great recommendations, especially for the cenota. We had a great stay.」

「Villa Mayan Breeze was such a great experience for boys trip. There were 13 of us. The loungers and the vibe outside by the pool were immaculate and a short 2 min walk away from beach. Would recommend 10/10.」

「Door to the bedroom downstairs that has a jacuzzy outside of it does not lock at ll. Need to fix, it was like that when we arrived. The karaoke machine has no microphones. Front door lock code, sometimes it works other times malfunctions. None of the jacuzzi's were hot enough for a jacuzzi. Other than that, the house is beautiful. We recommend it. Discrepancies are minor. Pretty safe place even with bad door.. Thank you.」

「I had to rent 4 properties in this area and they were all excellent 5 star ratings but this property stood out. It was the best of all 4 properties. Management was great to deal with. I was a little worried because this was my first time using VRBO and they were pretty patient with me navigating through the process.」
