This was our third visit to the Melia. We have brought several guests with us and there is very little complaining. The biggest negative is the pool temperature during winter months. We had an amazing time! Excellent customer service, clean, great location, amenities and entertainment were great. The only thing I would say that needs enhancing … pillows are uncomfortable, they won’t let you take your food to your room(outside restaurants) and wet bar doesn’t have a good selection ...
