Beautiful, Quiet Stay, Close to Great Outdoor Activities

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean, quiet, and appears exactly as it does in the listing. Plenty of space to spread out. ~10 minutes from Craftsbury Outdoor Center, where we enjoyed several days of XC skiing. There's a tasty cafe just down the road. No cell service on the property but there is fast and reliable wifi.

Perfect for weekend of Nordic races at Craftsbury

Clean and comfortable with newer furnishings, quality pots and pans, very nice linens and towels. Easy. Will look here first for our next Kingdom stay.

Heavenly Retreat

We loved every peaceful, cozy minute of our stay at the kingdom farmhouse. It was so beautiful and serene, in and out. The clean, tastefully appointed and spacious rooms harmonized with the lovely tree-lined and open countryside setting viewed through the many light-filled windows. We needed to feel pampered and restful and we did indeed. The many gorgeous original paintings reflected the surroundings, bringing the beauty of the outdoors in even more. Everywhere we laid our eyes nourished our senses and when we laid on the lovely comfortable beds we slept like peaceful babies in the very quiet night. Our hosts were thoughtful and had even provided tasteful holiday decor, knowing we were there to celebrate with extended family. We had everything we needed, especially to make good use of the kitchen and dining area for quiet meals. Very well equipped kitchen and everything so new, orderly and clean. We loved the fresh decor and also the homey farmhouse charm. We were so relaxed and comfortable that we hated to leave. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you for making our family holiday so peaceful and retreat-like! Magic, really!

We loved it!

Pristine. When we arrived I felt warm and welcome. We loved the bedroom. It had the most yummy bed and bedding and I slept so well there, thank you Margot! The rest of the house was perfectly cozy and peaceful and the wifi was good. We did end up cooking on Saturday morning. The kitchen was sunny and nicely appointed. We will be back in the Summer to take advantage of the lake!
