「The laundry equipment is broken.」

「The embassy is a nice hotel with lots of amenities and large room options with a comfortable space. BUT, the room was not clean for it being a higher priced premium room. There was sticky can circles on the tables and the door handles were not clean, the bathroom had hair still in the sink and the towels looked like they were refolded. It seriously needed to be wiped down and vacuumed. Not impressed with cleanliness at all.」

The studio suite room was very roomy and had everything we needed. The breakfast was a decent selection, great to start the day and the staff was cheerful and kept everything clean. I would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend this hotel.」

「Everything was absolutely great! Very clean & well maintained property. The beds were so comfy & plush. Full refrigerator & electric top stove, microwave & coffee maker. Air worked perfect & very hot comfy shower/ tub. Atmosphere was quiet & calm. The staff was wonderful, so friendly & helpful. The very best hotel & staff! Will definitely stay anytime I’m in this area. My granddaughter wanted to give it even more stars if it were possible.」
