New Home on Golf Course now with an EV plug in

The BC government has shut down short term rentals after May 1st 2024. Come in and relax in our quaint 2-Storey home conveniently located close to the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Cranbrook.

In winter this home is private and serene, only 20 min from Kimberley Alpine Resort. In summer it is alive with golf activity on the surrounding Shadow Mountain Golf Course. Close by is the St. Mary’s river which is world renown for fly fishing but is also great for rafting and canoeing.

This comfortable, well-furnished 2 storey home has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation and relax. It is an unforgettable getaway for small to large groups of family and friends. It has 3 bedrooms equipped with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds. It has 2 full bathrooms and a half bath on the main floor. You will feel right at home! In the colder months, when it's time for relaxing and enjoying company indoors, there's nothing better than dimming the lights, turning on the fireplace and watching a movie on your 55 inch HD smart TV!
Right outside the door is a world class golf course, nearby is the Rails to Trails- a 28 Km paved trail connecting Cranbrook and Kimberley, and the beautiful St.Mary's river where you can fish, raft, explore, or take a quick dip to cool off from the hot summer heat. Also, nearby is the town of Marysville, where, once there, the whole family can take a short walk to view the gorgeous St. Mary's falls- a 30 m (98.4ft) high waterfall!

*Please note:
-Our Strata prohibits the parking of boats, trailers, all terrain vehicles etc. They will need to be stored in the garage.

Guest access
The whole main floor and 2nd floor are for guests to use at their pleasure.
Basement is a legal secondary suite rented separately with separated entrance.
The Garage is accessible if desired.

FOR ALL THE GOLFERS OUT THERE! The area boasts world class golf courses and ski hills for all skill levels! Offering breathtaking, scenic views of mountain peaks, river valleys and forested hillsides that are sure to amaze! Nearby courses include Wildstone, Bootleg Gap Golf Course, Trickle Creek Golf course, St. Eugene Golf Resort and Casino. Nearby hills include Kimberley, Fernie, and Panorama.

Curling in Cranbrook
Our team spent 9 days in Cranbrook, calling this property our 'home' for the duration of our event. House had everything we needed and the location was quiet/private and only 12 mins. to the city. Would love to return in the summer and enjoy the golf course it sits on as well as the many others in the area. The rail trail bike path runs alongside this area so bring your bikes if you're looking for an easy ride to both Cranbrook and Kimberly.

Perfect stay at the perfect place
Rented this house for the entire month of August in order to get out of the Texas heat. This house is not only on a golf course but surrounded by almost a dozen more all in the beautiful Canadian Rockies. In addition to golf, you have some of the best dry-fly fishing in the world on the St. Mary’s, Elk and Bull Rivers. This house and Matt could not have been more perfect.

The property was great. The only complaints we had were that it was advertised as no service fees and yet we were charged service fees and under amenities it listed a hot tub and there wasn’t one.

Golf Getaway
We were four adults travelling thru the area and stayed 5 nights here. Everything was exactly as pictured, kichen very well equipped and lots of extras (really appreciated all the coffee choices!) I would have rated cleanliness higher except the BBQ looked like it hadn't been cleaned so we had to spend a fair bit of time on that. Overall had a nice ambience.

Great Stay Again!!!
This was our third stay. We have a girls golf trip every year and love the house for the four of us. The location is perfect and the house is always clean and has all the little extras you could ask for. We will be back again next year.
