“Our stay at the Ramada Creston was good overall. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything worked as expected. While nothing particularly stood out, it was a comfortable stay and offered good value for the price.”

“The staff amazing but the restaurant was way too expensive and no selection at all same thing every night. The breakfast on the other hand was fantastic. We didn’t like no elevator as it was very hard for seniors to carry so much luggage. also we prefer coffee in the room. There wasn’t a fridge we had one finally brought into the room. Also no cable on tv was a pain it took two people to figure it out so it would work.”

“Descent hotel. Clean. Showers are good. Beds are good. Tv channels are limited. No screens on windows. Ac is good. No complementary breakfast included but at that price it should have something.”

“Urine stained and soaked bathrooms, hair in sink, mold in pool and showers, room wreaked of smoke, unclean bedsheets. Unhelpful staff, night attendant asked “what do you want me to do? Go buy towels” after we refused the ones he tried to hand us from the dirty laundry cart when we didn’t even get fresh towels in the room to begin with. Better Business Bureau would have a field day in this place.”

“Room was clean, bathroom door didn’t close fully and noise was a bit of an issue near the front desk/laundry area but otherwise it was a good, clean stay. Pet and mountain bike friendly!”

“My husband and I stayed for 4 nights.....very spacious room. Air conditioning and fridge/freezer was turned on for us when we arrived, which was nice. I was excited to use the indoor pool and hot tub for our stay....only to find that the pool was closed for repairs 😞 but we used the hot tub, even though it was on the smaller side...but, hot and lots of jets. The hotel had a complimentary breakfast every morning, which was satisfactory. But if you're looking for eggs/bacon, they don't have……

“There was not a thing missing in our suite - nothing - it was perfect! The bed was dreamy - bedding was wonderful. The view was just spectacular. The staff were just lovely, helpful, caring. We will definitely be returning there!!”

“The floors are slanted in the Sandman hotel. It’s in desperate need of renovations. The bathrooms are way too small. The toilets are the lowest toilets I’ve ever seen…. And I’m even talking about in preschools. The coffee pot was the wrong carafe for the coffee maker so the hot water stayed in the reservoir you had to use coffee stir stick to release the hot coffee into the pot, which is very frustrating and the TV had no instructions on how to get the Guide and figure out the channels so I even……

“The bedding was clean, the bed comfort was OK. The bathroom walls and ceiling needs a good cleaning top to bottom. The floor in the entire unit needs a good scrub. The bathroom fan did not work and the light in the bathroom was flickering between bright and dim. We asked to have it replaced, but never happened. The whole motel has a definite run down feel and appearance about it. To sum up this place is at the low end of adequate.”
