Thankfully there was even a booster seat for the 1 year old as we forgot a high chair. So many things were available to us that made our stay feel like home. Would reserve this property again in a heart beat if needed to be in the area again」

「Very chic upon entering the hotel lobby. Was greeted right away. Checked in quickly and accurately. Room is a suite with full kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi. Our suite bedroom is spacious and modern. Very impressed」

「Outside of property looks pretty bad」

「The cabin was perfect for our family trip to reconnect together in the mountains. The cabin was clean and had everything that we need just as we read on the listing. We especially enjoyed our walks around the lake. The owner was responsive and he answered all of our questions immediately and was very thoughtful. Our children loved sleeping in the cozy bunk bed. We recommend the cabin to our friends and family. We will be back again soon!」

「Professional. Very happy. Flexible. The area around the property is industrial and on a highway. Lots of places to eat and things to buy. But that is not the hotel issue. They are good. I would come back again. I recommend people coming here if you are passing through Cranbrook.」

「The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful and the only complaint I have is that the driveway and parking area need repair. My car bottomed out when we pulled in to the lot and the rough terrain could damage a small vehicle.」
