Great spot. The room with the bunk and queen was perfect for our 4 kids. Pool was great as was the bbq and hot tub in our building. Our kitchen was fully loaded with supplies, cookware etc. which was great because we ate in during our stay. Overall, a perfect family getaway.

We stayed in the juniper this time, the unit was a lot cleaner and the a/c worked perfectly. So far the juniper has the best units. Tv worked, bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good.

Everything well taken care of, pool and hot tub are great. Close enough to walk to the hill. Check in was easy and they emailed updates regularly.

Fantastic property for our family ski trip (2 adults, 3 kids). Condo was well equipped and absolutely spotless. Only two small issues: we couldn't get the gas fireplace working and there was no paper towel provided in the kitchen. Otherwise it was perfect. Would stay at Timberline Lodges again.

This place was a little gem. Loved it. It had lots of space, everything we needed for our travels and the easy keyless entry was so nice so there was no worry about keys as we were biking trails. Highly recommend.

202 was well furnished, everything was updated and looked nice. Had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook and make. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds and games cabinet. The queen bed was small and uncomfortable, I would not stay again on that bed. Bathrooms were nice and I loved the sauna right across the hall.

We like the area a lot. The beds were not the most comfortable. And the AC was only in the one room so the other room was quite warm.

Wonderful Christmas getaway!

The spruce building was perfect! We had everything we needed for our Christmas vacation! We brought stuff to make our Christmas meal. But all we would have needed was the food. They had every utensil and even baking pans etc! The cutest coffee mugs were also a nice touch! They had towels specific for the pool/hot tubs which was also great! The beds were super comfy and it had the best mountain views! Great proximity to the hill.. within walking distance and If the path wouldn’t have been icy. We could have skied right back to the door!

What I like was when I called to speak to guest hosts she was very quick to bring a fan as ac was broken . She was polite and very quick to assist.

Juniper Lodge Fernie

Amazing location, walking distance to the ski hill. The unit was well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable (no paper towels though). We stayed at the Juniper Lodge and went to the hot tub, opted out as it was only luke warm. The other thing I could suggest is a couple of robes in the room instead of tiny pool towels.

Overall decent stay. Could’ve used more towels and the hot tub on the property was very very dirty as well as the pool changing room. Service was good to check in. Could’ve had a better explanation of what building the suite was in. Seriously though could’ve used more towels. Only two nice bath towels and two small tiny old beach towels.

The condo was nice and clean. My only complaint about the actual condo was we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. The pool and hot tubs were really dirty. The kids wouldn’t go in the pool because there were worms in it. The hot tub by the pool wasn’t hot. The hot tub near the room was hot and it was clean the first 2 days but on the 3rd day it was very dirty. Also it wasn’t ski in ski out, we had to drive to the hill which we didn’t mind. Maybe without ski boots on and all our gear we would walk but it’s too hard with all the gear.

It was a very quiet stay, and the room was clean. But we did have a few discomforts, the parking area was not lit up and felt dangerous in the dark, being able n the mountains there is lots of wildlife (bears, and what not) also our air conditioning unit wasn’t working and the unit was very warm. The washer made our clothes smell musty and the dryer needed 2 rounds to dry your clothes. We will not stay at the king fir building again.
