“The hotel is located on the crater of Crater Lake. The view is breathtaking, there is hiking around with amazing views. The service is excellent, the food is good but the best is the view. I hope I will be back and spend several days there. ”

“Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Wir hatten zwei Zimmer nebeneinander. Der Empfang war herzlich und schnell, der Service ausgezeichnet – sogar unser Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten, viel Trinkwasser in den Zimmern und alles hat perfekt funktioniert inklusive Netflix ☺️. Das Essen war immer frisch und lecker, sogar eine Lunchbox wurde uns auf Anfrage vorbereitet. Besonders einzigartig: Frühstück mit Zebras im Garten, dazu Waterbucks, Affen –……

“Overall this was a nice hotel. The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room. When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable. ”

“There was no pool, it said microwave and fridge, there was not, only 1 towel for two people and they said they would bring it and never did till 2nd night. Didn’t clean the room until after we complained on the 2nd night.”

“Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again.”
