「Great staff. No elevator so be prepared for a walk up (not unusual in the UK) Lovely bar/pub and also restaurant - rooms great and the spa lotions, shampoo , conditioner were the best I have ever had in a hotel (A.Hall...maybe offer for us to buy those at the front desk on check out ?? : - ) 」

「This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.」
