“Walk into a clean, beautiful kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room with AMAZING views of Lake Fort Smith. I loved that the master bedroom was on the complete opposite side of the house. Laundry area was the perfect size! Spent a lot of relaxing time on the porch with our coffee, taking in the EXCEPTIONAL views. Peaceful and inviting. We cooked our food on the gas powered griddle just outside. Given the weather was hot, my husband woke up around 530 am to take a short dip in the hot……

“The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal……

“Squirrel got into the electric lines and there was not electricity at first but owner and property manager quickly got the electric company there to fix it. Water pressure could have been a little better and perhaps a 3 pm check in instead of 4 when you are going to wdding. Otherwise Wonderful and I would recommend to all. A special ThNk you to owner for communication. Thank you.”
