"We hate staying in mediocre box rooms in hotels on the edge of a town. To find somewhere with such character is a treat. We stayed in the Chambertin room which has the bedroom in the arched basement. The stairs are a little steep but it was a wonderful place. William is an excellent host. Polite, ..."
