「Very nice quiet neighborhood.」

「Very clean, close to everything we needed, and the host was very communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!」

「Host was fantastic. She kept in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed and when we did have a question she was very prompt in her response. Our pets loved the spacious backyard.」

「Nice place, nice stay. Nicely furnished and outfitted. Owner made the place available a little early at no charge, which we appreciated. Owner is also very responsive and of course friendly and helpful. Great central location. Location is generally quiet but, for those sensitive to noise, apartment does back up to a road that can be busy/noisy on the patio, and in the living room and rear (larger) bedroom. A noise machine is provided, probably for kids but nice regardless. Recommended!」

「The house and location are great, but the check in process was a nightmare. The host requires check in through an app, but the app was freezing and having technical difficulties. I tried to alert them to the issues and sent the information requested through the VRBO messaging app, but they refused to give us the check in code until I was able to go through their app. After hours of back and forth messages and trying it on 3 different mobile devices, we finally got it to go through on their app....

「The house was clean and quiet! We enjoyed our stay and were able to explore Durham, Raleigh and Chapel Hill. Host was responsive and eager to help with whatever we needed! We would definitely stay again!」

「This was a great place for us to host family visiting Durham. The central location but quiet neighborhood worked well.」

「The house location and rooms and backyard were so great, as is the kitchen! There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Here's suggestion for improvement: the light in the master bedroom wouldn't turn on, and the remote that controls it was missing; the vent in the bedroom hallway needs to be cleaned or replaced because it blew out very dirty air. Other than that, the house was very clean. Thank you!」
