“Excelente trato por el Personal”

“personale molto disponibile e cordiale. per il parcheggio ci sono principalmente due opzioni, o quello gratuito dietro alla struttura (se si ha fortuna di trovare il parcheggio) o pagando 12 euro (suppongo al giorno anche se non ho chiesto essendo che ho pernottato solo una notte) c’è il parcheggio del hotel molto comodo e anche con posti all’ombra. la camera era molto grande e pulita (matrimoniale superior vista lago) le uniche sue problematiche che ho riscontrato sono stati l’asciuga capelli……

“Our stay here was incredible. The view of the lake from our room and the dining room was breathtaking! The staff were all so kind and helpful, especially Bianca at the front desk. She made us feel so welcome and made shuttling to dinner so easy. Thank you for an amazing stay!”

“Although it was only a short stay, we enjoyed Locanda Alberti. The location very close to the lakeside and walkable from the train station is perfect. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.”

“Pro: Außenbereich, Pool, Aussicht, Parkplätze Negativ: Das Zimmer war unterirdisch. Wenn es draußen wärmer wird, ist schlaf kaum möglich. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage sondern nur einen Deckenventilator, der kaum etwas rettet. Die Luft steht im Zimmer und wenn man das Fenster öffnet, hat man den Lärm der vielbefahrenen Straße. Es ist aber ohnehin unmöglich die Zimmertemperatur auf ein akzeptables Maß runterzubekommen, selbst wenn dann Nachts nur noch 18 Grad sind. Platz für die Koffer ist kaum……

“We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Edy in Lake Como. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. We weren’t able to arrive on time for check-in, but they assisted us right away and provided clear instructions so we could complete the check-in smoothly, which we really appreciated. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was really nice, comfortable, and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience……

“Perfect location as it is closed to train station, only 5 mins walk. Clean and tidy room with air-conditioned which is not common in Switzerland. ”

“Room is quite big with beautiful lake views. Breakfast is delicious.”

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“Natalia was extremely helpful. Google Maps will try to tell you it’s on a 8 min walk to the ferry. It’s much longer. The manager dropped me to the ferry several times. She was fantastic”

“La proximité au Lac , au centre ville , a l'embarcadère, et surtout le petit plus la piscine a débordement sur le toit de l 'Hôtel avec vue imprenable sur le Lac entouré des montagnes.”
