“The manager I spoke with was very kind, respectful, and professional. Expedia informed me that I could check out before 8:26 p.m., and I have screenshots and other evidence to support this. However, my experience the next morning was completely different. A woman came to my room, knocked loudly on the door, and repeatedly shouted, “Open!” When I opened the door, she immediately said, You have to leave now. The guy is coming to clean the room. I understood that I needed to check out before 2:00……

“Pros: Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich toll und der Blick über den See vom Balkon aus einfach wunderschön. “Property is beautiful, and felt like home. Owner was very responsive to last minute issues. Very close to the bus stop. Once you are in the COMO area, be ready to walk. The UBER, Taxi are not reliable at all and the bus service is very poor during the day, but runs free service at night after 7/730 pm, which is pretty regular and nice. Will stay here again on my next visit as well, may be will bring less luggage... lol.”

“We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Argegno. Carla is the kind of host who makes a place feel like home from the moment you arrive — warm, attentive, and thoughtful about every detail of our stay. Traveling with our one-year-old, we especially appreciated how she anticipated our needs, from the crib to countless small touches — she even welcomed our son with a gift, which completely melted us. The home itself is lovely and the location is a perfect base for exploring Lake Como. Truly……
