"We were charged more than the Expedia rate agreed upon. Check in staff just passed the machine to pay and slid key to us and walked away. Did not tell us the any information about the included breakfast, wifi password or the location of our room. The wall by the bathroom sink light switch in the was filthy and there was no light bulb in the lamp."
