You’re just a 1-minute stroll to the water and a 2-minute walk to the shops and tavern, so mornings can start with a dip or a creek walk, and evenings can finish with dinner and a drink without ever needing the car.
The unit’s northerly aspect means it’s filled with natural light and captures gorgeous views of Killick Creek, while staying nicely protected from the winter southerlies. The elevated verandah runs the length of the home, ideal for long, lazy lunches. Fire up the BBQ, swing in the hammock, or simply settle in with a drink and soak up the view.
Inside, it’s comfortable and family-friendly, with Wi-Fi, smart TVs for easy nights in, and fans in both the master bedroom and living room to keep things cool after a day in the sun.

If you want the freedom to walk everywhere and live at true beach pace, By The Sea is ready to welcome you.

The owners have converted the garage underneath to an extra room with an additional double bed and fouton for an additional charge of $220.00 per week.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.
