Dolphin Court holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Dolphin Court, this was our third stay, twice in Dolphin court 1 & once in Dolphin Crt 2 , both properties are nicely furnished & well equipped, great position & so close to everything, the only thing missing would be a clothes dryer, not essential but would be very handy during wet weather which unfortunately we have struck on 2 of our stays. We will be back again next year! G.P.

Reviewer Comments: Good location and comfortable though not properly cleaned, the floors were particularly bad leaving our feet black - a particular concern when we had a crawling baby.

Great location with a few issues

A number of calls for assistance Payment was not received by the agent, booking system error? Unfortunately possibly due to lockdowns the hot water system was turned off. The entry door lock is loose and should be replaced. The key box wasn’t easy to open. Under the furniture hadn’t been cleaned for a long time with beer bottle cap and thick layer of dust and dirt. Gardner turned up to spray the lawn and was not aware that the unit was occupied This was not the best experience I’ve had and I’ve used stayz previously
