「Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Room and lobby was very clean. There was a gym that looked great and lots of equipment. We didn’t eat breakfast but I’m sure it would have been good. We didn’t see it until we were leaving today, but there is a cafe right next door. The only thing that could have been cleaner was the carpet in the elevator. Everything else was perfect! I absolutely recommend!」

「At no point was I informed that weekend housekeeping is only available upon request. Even after I checked back into both rooms again on Saturday, no one mentioned it. I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving...

However, the staff is not 24/7, but available only during restaurant hours. The Container Rooms are set behind a locked gated area.
