379 Slopeside Studio King Bed Kitchen @Mt.CB

Summary:

Mt. Crested Butte base area location! My non-smoking no frills studio condo-tel has the ideal location at the heart of the base area, literally a half a cup of coffee walk to lifts, ski, snowboard & bike rentals, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Guests have access to an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and business center. We have on site parking and the free bus to town is right out the front door!



The Space:

My third floor condo-tel at The Grand Lodge has partial views of the West Elk mountains in the distance. This unit sleeps 4 comfortably on one king bed and a queen sofa bed. The studio-style space has a kitchenette which includes a coffee pod machine, toaster, microwave, one-burner stove, small refrigerator and dishwasher. Pots & pans, a full set of dishes . Other condo amenities include cable TV, high speed WIFI. Outside parking with EV charging. One on site parking pass per unit, addtional paid parking available next door Elevation hotel underground.



We do utilize a weblink outside the platform that directs guests to our guidebook. You will receive an email with this link. This is the ONLY way guests can access check-in information, and facilitates the collection of fees and other special requests/upgraded services we offer.

To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $150 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40).



Guest Access:

Key code door lock on unit 379 located on the third floor, West building, North end of hall . Code is sent to you before your reservation check in on the Airbnb app. Pick up parking pass, pool pass, bus schedual, at your convenience from front desk during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The Grand Lodge is right at the base - close to transportation, restaurants, and all the base fun! Easy to get on the bus to go to town to all those great restaurants and bars too, and then to come back!



Getting Around:

At the base area it is easy to get anywhere - the public bus service in Crested Butte goes there every few minutes.
