Located on exclusive Ruth’s Rd., “Olive’s Branch” is a rare offering in the Town of Crested Butte. This home backs up to permanent open space and a groomed Nordic ski track in the wintertime. The views of Mt. Crested Butte and the stunning Paradise Divide mountains are from every room and window.

This idyllic retreat offers the convenience of being in town with unobstructed views of Mt. Crested Butte and Paradise Divide. Whether you're here in the summertime and walking into town for dinner, or you're here when the snow flies and can cross-country ski out your back door, this well-appointed, amenity-packed home is in a convenient location.

Enjoy open-concept living with sightlines between the great room, the kitchen, and dining areas, and massive windows that allow tons of natural light to flow in. Share treasured moments with friends and family when you stay at this inviting 5-bedroom mountain vacation home, where the mountain views create the ideal setting for unforgettable experiences. This home now includes a newly added bonus room with a Murphy bed, offering flexible use as an additional bedroom or home office. With these updates, the home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests, making it an ideal choice for families and groups looking for space, comfort, and a prime mountain location.

Parking notes: There are three to four parking spaces in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles. No parking in the cul-de-sac. Any additional vehicles can park on the side streets. Please adhere to the winter parking rules and regulations. No parking overnight on Elk Ave.

Ski shuttle details: Catch the free shuttle bus on Elk that loops the circumference of town and the ski mountain. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the base of the mountain.

Great house and ideal location

This home was incredibly well-stocked and immaculate. It was a perfect layout for our three couples and three kiddos. The location was ideal, as we had a rental car to get to Elk Ave., and we felt safe with the kids playing around the yard/house. There were many nice touches that made it feel like home, including sound machines in the rooms. We would definitely recommend this property! Dealing with the management company was pleasurable as well. They were super accommodating and kind.

Grandson’s 2nd birthday 🎉

We visit CB often, both in Winter and Summer. Olive Branch House is by far our favorite. Walking distance to Elk Street yet on a quiet culdesac backing up to unrestricted mountain views. The beds and linens were of outstanding quality!! The layout of the house is perfect for a large family of varying ages. Plenty of off-street parking. Great outdoor patio and high-quality furniture. This house is lacking NOTHING. Easy check-in and out. You get what you pay for!!

The house was lovely. The decorating bright, cheerful and had about everything needed. The kitchen had all the needed equipment and we were able to enjoy having our family living in CB over to visit and enjoy a meal.
