Crested Butte 2023

Wonderful property. Private and quiet with beautiful views and deer in the backyard. Very clean and homey. Kitchen was well equipped. Bring your own soap and shampoo. There was not any in the bathrooms other than liquid hand soap.

Great place!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect spot for our 2 young kids. Previous reviews mentioned problems with the stairs but we thought they were normal/average. Great views of Mt Crested Butte and of the lovely field behind the house. One clarification: it is a pet free property as far as guests go but the owners have a dog (at least as seen in framed family pictures) and there is small amount of dog hair on the carpet etc, saying this mostly as a disclaimer for anyone with pet allergies! Would stay here again.

Crested Butte Family Getaway.

The property was very clean and perfect for our family's needs. The residence was actually larger than it appeared in the pictures which was a very nice welcome!!! The view was great off of the porch and out the picture window. We were able to watch the deer in the evenings. Excellent property!!!! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Absolutely perfect! Cozy, clean, restful

We loved our stay in this house. The property was incredibly clean. It's clear the owners spend time here because it feels like a home, not just a rental. The location is perfect: great access to skiing and trails and also so tranquil in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. We had one small issue with a malfunctioning coffee maker. The management company was so fast, responsive and kind; excellent customer service. We will definitely stay here again!

Homey, comfortable, and convenient

This property was conveniently located to hiking and dining (we did takeout during COVID). It was clean, comfortable, and homey. Our toddler asked to go back to “our Crested Butte house” after activities. Beautiful view of a pasture, forest, and sunsets from the windows and patio. We’d happily stay here again.

Two comments about the property that we all noticed were a bit of an inconvenience.

Two comments about the property that we all noticed were a bit of an inconvenience. 1) The height of the bathroom sinks/vanities/toilets. We were all adults of varying heights, but no one shorter than "four feet". Rather unusual to have such low fixtures in bathrooms these days. The shower(s) were wonderful and everyone commented on them. 2) The steepness of the stairs leading up to the living area. Two members of my family tripped and fell up (on the third circular stair which was difficult to maneuver when carrying things up) and one member slipped on that same stair when descending. Also, perhaps putting a note on your website page that anyone with knee/walking difficulties should perhaps not rent this property as these stairs were quite a problem for both us, and visiting family members. Quite a topic of conversation by all. Can't say enough good things about employees Christina and Rebecca. With each issue that arose, they were both very prompt in responding to my calls/texts. Issues centered around the lack of Internet, and the fact that there were no bins for the recycle items. Once brought to their attention, bins were delivered and recycle materials were available for pickup on Wednesday.

Will definitely be back next year!!! Awesome home, beautifully kept and very close to the base. Shuttle picks up every half hour at the end of the driveway. Couldn't be more convenient. WIFI was excellent! The view of the valley out the back window was awesome. Saw a fox running through the snow! No development impending the view!! Awesome team, very efficient.

Wonderful home in CB

We had a fabulous time in CB. This property is extremely well kept, clean and very close to Mt. Crested Butte. The shuttle stop is a short 2 min walk and runs on the 1/2 hour. The views are breathtaking and the home backs to open space. We'll be back and plan on staying here again.
