Great property in good location. The property was clean, good linens and loved the fireplace. I would come back. The kitchen could be better equipped. There was only the basics, no pancake flipper and silverware for 3-4.

Great spot for skiing

This spot was great for getting to the slopes. My daughters loved being able to swim after skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed. There we six of us and there was plenty of room to spread out.

Loved our location and the fireplace. So cozy. The view from our bedroom and the hot tub were incredible. So unique. Would make me want to book red paintbrush again.

Wonderful ski vacation

Perfect property for our family of 4. The condo had everything we needed and the shuttle was so handy. Two minute drive to the base. Hot tub and pool were enjoyed after a day on the slopes.

Great location, walking distance to the base area. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of towels for bathroom and hot tub/pool. Beds were comfortable. Layout was good. 1st floor was a bonus.

The condo itself was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully. We had a family emergency and can't say enough about the kindness and hospitality that was extended to us. You will not be disappointed!

Very clean. The garbage disposal stopped working but Alpine Properties fixed it immediately. The location was great. The master bed was quite stiff but doable.

Good location

Good location close to base. Can walk or ride shuttle. Fireplace and free firewood was nice. Property could be a little cleaner but overall was pretty good for what we needed. I didn’t appreciate the massive sticker that was put on my car within minutes of arrival prior to me putting the parking tag in the car.

Red Paintbrush is a Winner

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo. I will definitely book here again and again if it is available on my next trips to CB. It is perfect for our family of 3 and sometimes 4. It's close to the shuttle and it's first floor location eliminates any steps for us midwesterners who struggle with altitude in the beginning. Highly recommend this condo!!

Super Fun Girls Trip

This condo was perfect for our annual girls' trip, the first time to CB for all 3 of us natives. Perfectly clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Very quiet complex in a great location. Fantastic experience, very well maintained condo, conveniently furnished, well equiped, comfortable, ideal for a family of 5 (or less). Checking in and out is a no brainier. Sauna and Jacuzzi well maintained for after ski sessions.

Great condo, very convenient to the mountaiin

This is a nicely remodeled, modernized unit in an older condo building. Very comfortable and clean, nicely furnished too. The photos shown are accurate of how nice it is. The free shuttle bus is just steps from the front door. We would stay again, given the opportunity.
