The Grand Lodge is where affordability meets comfort. This budget-friendly, no-frills hotel is perfect for those who want to enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer for less. Located just steps from ski lifts, bars, restaurants, and the free shuttle to downtown; the location can't be beat.

This spacious studio includes a king bed, a king-sized murphy bed, and a kitchenette. Building amenities include a hot tub, heated pool, spa, gym, sauna, and EV charging.

Fee Transparency Statement:

Cleaning fee: $110/stay - This covers the cost of professional cleaning, linen service, towels, coffee, and additional supplies.

Property (Resort) fee: $20/night - HOA mandated for all units. This covers the cost of WiFi, cable, pool, hot tub, sauna, and additional building maintenance.

We stayed in Grand Lodge #512 while in town for a fundraiser and our own condo was unavailable. This unit is well cared-for and included some nice touches, like the window fan left in the closet. Normally, AC isn't really needed in CB in the summer, but it was an unusually warm weekend, and coupled with cooler nights and the ceiling fan, this fan did the trick for a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep. The Grand Lodge itself could use a little bit of updating, as other reviewers have mentioned, but this unit is very nice and the location can't be beat - close to the shuttle, walkable to Coffee Lab and other restaurants and shops, in-house cafeteria style dining for a quick bite, and a friendly staff for anything you may need during your stay. Also, great communication from the unit's owner, and we're happy we chose this unit.

Very acceptable place, centrally located.
We’ve stayed in Grand Lodge previously and though it is not Francy we feel it’s safe and is very centrally located. The unit we were in this time was clean and pleasant. We were quite pleased and comfortable.

Loved the Location
Our favorite thing was the location to the chairlift to go skiing. It was truly so close and walkable. We even came back to the condo for lunch and a break during the day, saving us a ton of money! Kids loved the pool at night. The one thing that needs updating is the TV. We love watching movies with our kids on vacation and they only had basic cable no option to login to netflix or any streaming services. This day in age, I think that's a no brainer. All in all, would recommend.

We stayed for seven nights and cooked our own meals. The kitchen counter top single burner did not work. They had an electric unit under the counter that we put to use. That was our only means of cooking. We made it work and had a great time.

Great location. Place is a bit run down and could use some TLC. Visible mold in shower and heat stays stuck at 70 degrees so we turned it off at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here.

Super convenient and all we needed
Very easy to get to the mountain, especially with the free ski valet at the base. The accommodations were all we needed and were quiet, Two king sized beds were comfy, plenty of space to put our ski clothes and the mini kitchenette was fine (although the teeny freezer needed defrosting, nothing fit in there). We enjoyed the fitness area and hot tub as well.

Studio at Grand Lodge
Unit was as pictured and exactly as advertised: top floor (no one walking around above you), two big comfortable beds, easy access to mountain and bus to town. Pool and hot tub closed for two of our three days (closed by Grand Lodge, nothing host could have done about it, but still a bummer). Host was quick to communicate and provided all necessary information about unit. Would definitely stay there again.
