Cozy, roomy peaceful

We love how peaceful, clean, well stocked kitchen and you feel at home. The market is close and we love Lake Gregory water park for our kids. We’ve been in the home in the fall and summer, it was perfect. We will come back again.

FILTHY!!

Everything in the kitchen area was sticky. You couldn't touch anything without wondering what was on you now. The freezer didn't work. We had to clean the coffee pot ourselves because it was full of old grounds. The kitchen trash can was disgusting on the top and you had to touch it to open it. The floors were all dirty. The bottom wood step had a dirty/black buildup that was probably never cleaned. Crumbs and dog hair under the sofa cushions. Dirty hand prints on the walls, especially going down into the TV room. Window sills had a black substance (mold?) coming through the paint. Plaster peeling off the window sills. Dog feces abundant in the yard by the front door and the outside sitting area. Parking for 4? Bring your 4x4. Our Altima barely made it in and out of the driveway and we only felt comfortable with 2 cars. Even the Vacasa representative didn't feel comfortable parking her Cadillac in the driveway when she came out to address our concerns. She was appalled with the condition of the home. Needless to say we only slept here and didn't feel comfortable doing anything else in this home. Where is the COVID compliant cleaning? Abundance of pictures if a representative would like to contact us.
