「Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. 」

「Very peaceful, lovely private garden patios with a stream running past and lots of bird song. Inside, the cottage is equally serene and well thought out, with lots of windows, plentiful hooks in the bathroom and a great walk in shower, as well as a clean and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect, with easy access to all the hiking trails and castles. We loved our stay in this cottage. Perfect!」

「Food was good, I had one of my favourite meals ham, eggs and chips 😋. Cooked Breakfast, toast, orange juice and cereal available. Room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, I was overlooking the main road but it got really quiet around 11,pm and I slept like a log. Would recommend, good for the price.」

「The location was perfect and our room was lovely and clean. Nice pubs and Londis within walking distance. Owners, Kel and Mel were very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area, giving directions to walks along the canal and the history of the local area. The cooked breakfast was outstanding!」

「What a fantastic B&B, free parking right behind if you are lucky. The accommodation was lovely, the rooms are brilliant, our room (right at the top) was boutique style with a nice big bath in the room, great views out of the windows. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities in the room and a private toilet. Nice comfortable big bed with a big heavy duvet and plenty of pillows. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. 「Booked last minute, location fantastic, central with parking. Room was lovely, very comfortable bed. Owner Helen took the time to tell us about the building and all the renovations that have been done and ongoing. The public areas are beautiful, mix of old and new, really suits the place itself, all the staff were very friendly and gave us tips on where to eat out. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend a visit. We look forward to a very warm welcome in the future. 😊」
