My partner and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was lovely and very warm and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and very generous. Booked it same day, the room was on the 4th floor and as it was during the heatwave, was a bit warm, they did provide us with couple of fans that helped. It was a lovely room with a sofa, TV and vanity table. A nice view of trees and sunset. It was clean everywhere.

My accommodation at James's Place was perfect for my needs. Modern and stylish design. Fresh and clean throughout. Nice touches such as Welsh cakes and milk on arrival. Great information shared about the local area. Would highly recommend 10/10

Avoid and just go to the Premier down the road!
First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property ...

Lovely apartment- perfect location for centre of Cardiff and accessing the castle, the Taff trail and Bute Park. Super clean, well equipped kitchen - all we could need. Only thing was the parking is an extra charge and was a little tight for space.
