“Lovely hotel. We were met by the friendly owner Greg when we arrived and shown to a lovely room with great views over the hills. The whole hotel (a former large house) is beautifully decorated in keeping with the house, and has well kept gardens for sunny days. Very close to the town centre but quiet. Breakfast was delicious and very well presented. Highly recommended all round.”

“Staff were very helpful and friendly.
One disappointment was that no house keeping was done in the room presumably because we had a 2 night stay . Any other hotel I have stayed in ( even lower priced ) have at least straightened the bed ,put out clean cups , maybe quick wipe of bathroom .”
