"Very quant, cute cottage. There's only one bedroom upstairs, so it wouldn't be suitable for two couples. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely setting."

"My husband and I enjoyed our week at Cove Cottage. After numerous trips to Maine's Southern tier we needed to move further North and were not disappointed. Cove Cottage is a great location for the many sights and sounds for the finest Maine has to offer. We had done our homework prior to coming so other than a couple of emails we didn't get to meet the hosts or have much interaction. The cottage location could not be better for views, nature and exploring. The weather was typical Maine and unpredictable so Kayaking was not a part of our trip sadly as this is the perfect place for kayaking at its best. We look forward to our next Fall trip to the great state of Maine and this Mid Coast area is a place we could both live and enjoy its serenity!"
The Moonlight Cottage: At The Water's Edge With Beaches And Atlantic Views

"This was our second stay in Moonlight Cottage and hopefully won’t be our last. The location is perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets, sailboats and seals, kayaking (rentals from Port Clyde Kayak), walking into Tenants Harbor for coffee/breakfast (Wharfside Coffee) and driving to nearby Rockland and Rockport for dinners at Suzuki’s and Nina June’s. The cottage is clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. It’s ideal!!"

"Outstanding property. House exceptionally well-appointed and location on the water was very special. Many amenities available to enjoy the outdoors and indoors. Had one minor problem with clothes dryer, which was fixed within hours through the excellent communications and follow-up of Veronika. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in mid-coast Maine."

"This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! The house is amazing, and you can't beat the property and location. Gene is a great host, and we've been honored that he has shared his home with us (and others). The family artwork on the walls makes it so much more endearing-you can feel the history and love in this home. It's a special place. Nearby musts: Claws in Rockland, The Causeway/Clark Island, Beech Nut Preserve, Camden State Park, Rockport Harbor, Birch Point. We highly recommend this place!"

"We had a lovely stay at Jack & Joe's Cottages! The cottage was well-appointed and we especially enjoyed dipping in the quarry and a relaxing fire in the firepit. Plenty of room and parking, not too close to the neighboring cottages and not too far from downtown/ferry. Overall a peaceful getaway with great views of the stars at night. The host was very responsive to questions/concerns. Would definitely stay here again!"
