Unique flat with magnificent sea views, pool, BBQ and only 700 metres to the beach

The 97 m2 flat for 4 people is located on the 2nd floor of the house facing the sea and has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living/dining area with kitchen. From the dining and living area you have direct access to the balcony with a unique sea view. There are also two terraces available to you and all guests of the house. One of the communal terraces also offers a beautiful view over the rooftops to the sea. The garden and barbecue are available to you and all guests of the house. The swimming pool is located behind the house and is shared with three other flats. A daily fee is charged for the use of the pool. The car park is located on the property.
