Dramalj 4 km from Crikvenica: Single-family house "Jelena". 650 m from the centre of Dramalj, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 350 m2, garden with wildlife garden and flowers. Outdoor shower, pergola (26 m2), terrace (2 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to 35 m from the house. Parking at 35 m. Shop 650 m, supermarket 2.2 km, shopping centre 2.2 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 1.3 km, pebble beach, concrete beach 500 m.
2-room house 55 m2, south facing position. Fully renovated in 2023, beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room 28 m2 with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), digital TV and air conditioning. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Floor heating, forced-air heating. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. View of the sea. Spotlessly clean, everything worked, plenty of clean towels & bedding, modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Great selection of free to view TV (pay TV was also an option) great wi-fi. Lovely little patio and garden. Good location- out of the town centre but not too far to walk or too awkward to drive, likewise for the beach.
